Re: Jena's Journal.
Thanks, Boss, I think the feelings may be stemming from stress levels, it's finals week this week, so it's pretty crazy. I also have been cutting out coffee for the most part, I'm going to try drinking tea more often, it's so much better for me than coffee. I'm also hoping that next quarter I can get better at going to the gym, I'm pretty certain eating won't get much better since healthy groceries are too expensive for me to handle and still be able to afford trip. We'll see though. I'm going to try to budget better next quarter.

Healthy is not always expensive... I always check the sales area!

So angry right now. :c Gained a few pounds. :c
Re: Jena's Journal.
Get over it and move on. You could lose weight in the next week or two, so keep sticking to the long-term plan(s) and keep taking each day as it comes
.
You're human, so don't be too angry with yourself okay

Re: Jena's Journal.
Are you doing anything for spring break Jena?
I've gained some weight the last couple weeks too. I think i'm at about 12 pound loss right now from a 17 pound loss back in january. but that might be wrong because i'm going by doctor scales when i go to appointments, after i've been eating and drinking all day while working, with clothes and shoes on, etc. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow morning to double check that amount.
I think it's good to weigh yourself every once in a while it's kind of a wake up call. If i'm not weighing myself regularly the scale tends to go up.

If the scales at the gym are right, I'm at a total of a 6 pound gain from when I started.... :c I'm so upset about it, but I feel like there's not much I can do with schedule as full as it is.

I think I'm going to try to get back into keeping a food journal type of thing. I'm not sure if I'll post it here simply because it takes so long.

I've been doing pretty well. The last time I weighed myself I was down 4 pounds from that 6 extra I gained. I haven't been eating a lot, but that's okay. In news not pertaining to weightloss, I went and got these done Thursday night. I can't wait for the swelling to go down, because it's driving me crazy. It's not bad in that photo though because that was the morning right after I got them done.

congrats on the weight loss! I"m not a big fan of piercings on the face but whatever floats your boat. I know you are artistic so just a different lifestyle choice.MissJenaKay wrote:I've been doing pretty well. The last time I weighed myself I was down 4 pounds from that 6 extra I gained. What prompted the change in appearance? I have nothing against it, I'm just curious.

I've wanted piercings for years but never had anyone that would go with me, Thursday night, a friend of roommate said she wanted her nose and navel done and that we should go with her and I got to the parlour and said "Why not! Let's do this!" and ta-da 125 dollars and twenty minutes later I have two shiny new barbells in lip. c:Boss Man wrote:What prompted the change in appearance? I knew I wanted symmetrical ones because they'd look better on me. C:

I've lost a few more pounds! Yay me! Haha. I hope I keep this up. But I don't want to lose too much right now since I can't afford to be replacing clothing.
