Delicious, Easy, Fat-Burning Snacks
I am always asked what are some healthy snacks that will not only build muscle but that will also burn fat. Let’s be honest, when you are on a diet, many times you find yourself hungry which results in you eating something that kills the whole diet!

I have seen it with many friends that are trying to lose weight. They will last a few days and then realize that they can’t burn fat because they slip up in those moments when they feel like they are starving themselves.

The good news is that if you are truly doing a healthy weight loss program that will actually work and burn fat off your stomach then you will never need to go hungry. That’s right, you should be eating, however, if you are eating the wrong foods it can hinder your progress big time.
The Fat-Burn Secret
The fat-burn secret is, there are many foods that people think are good for them that are trimming their waistline but in reality these foods are TERRIBLE for them. If these people only knew what these foods were doing to them they would avoid them like the plague.

So what I have done is put together a few different snacks that you can try out the next time you are feeling a bit hungry. The good news is that these snacks are extremely tasty! They aren’t the type of snacks that need to be forced down your throat.
Fat-Burning Snacks
So here are some of favorite snacks that are simple to throw together that anyone can do real quick:
Avocado slices wrapped in turkey- you want to lay out the turkey sandwich meat like a tortilla and then fill it in with avocado slices and enjoy!
Asparagus- asparagus is a diuretic, which works mainly on shedding your body fat percentage. Set the oven to broil, fold up some aluminum foil, wash asparagus and sprinkle your favorite seasoning on. Then throw in oven for 5-10 minutes or until it is cooked as you like.
Apple Slices- Simple but extremely healthy and a very tasty snack. This will give you great nutrients and help with the weight loss process.
Assorted Nuts- Not only are nuts high in protein but they give you healthy fats that actually aid in weight loss. Also, the protein will help restore the broken down muscles that need restoring from workouts you are doing.
Bananas- Once again, this is a very simple snack that you can eat on the go and takes no time for preparation for those who are in a rush.

This is a basic list of a few great fat-burning snacks that are extremely tasty. For other great fat-burning foods check out http://www.31DayFatLossSecrets.com to shed off those extra pounds and prepare you for your next big trip!

You posted about fat burning muscle building foods.

Apple won't build muscle

Nuts are only high in Protein if you consume about 1 cup which means you'd eat 600-700 calories approx, or more depnding on the Carbohydrate. Some Nuts like Groundnuts, Cashews and Chestnuts are higher Carb and have a Glycemic rating.

Also people must beware to choose Nuts with low Salt, as excessive Salt consumption can lead to Hypertension, Water retention and excess fluid ertention especially in the Legs, (Edema).

Peanuts are better for Protein, the only caveat being that apart from the obvious intolerance for some, if there are concerns about mould and aflatoxins, eat western grown not eastern grown, otherwise eat them wherever they come from if you wish.

One of the best muscle build fat burning foods are Beans, as are Peas, Lentils, Eggs and Flaxseeds / powdered Flax.

The ability of Eggs is of course however dependant on the method of cooking.

Uncooked Eggs can cause Salmonella and I'm 99.99% certain, that has absolutely nothing to do with the living conditions, or care of chickens and their diets ether.

The result being that cooking kills the bacteria.

Some bodybuilders eat raw eggs a lot and somehow get away with it, but it's not worth the risk of feeling like crap and throwing up, just for the possibility of consuming a little more protein.

Somehow I doubt if eating cooked Eggs, cost a pro bodybuilder as little as 1/2 a lb of muscle, as a possible example, it would kill their chances of winning the Mr O.
