How can i maintain health?
hi friends, I have a problem with myself. weight is decreasing day by day but i don,t want to lose weight because it,s not good for health
.if any one has suggestions about problem please guide me. Thanks.

A couple potential issues.
1 it's diet related.
2. It's a Thyroid issue.
I would suggest seeing an endocrinologist to be on the safe side, because unless you changed your diet to one that's severely low calorie, then I think you might possibly have the beginnings of a physical disorder of some kind.

Diets and diets we all have the same problem . Eating to feed a feeling, and not a growling stomach, is emotional eating.
Most people that go on a diet are depressed .But its just the first month.... and then you will feel awesome... Don't try to be a bodybuilder gain muscles at same time as you are on the way to lose your weight...
Yes in the firsts days you will feel terrible you can't really do any sports bcs you can't ,your body isn't yours..
Search some diets.. and don't stop being on one..
