where do i start ?
I lost weight before but now I don't know where to start, I want to start on ABS but I ate a salad and turned around and ate a piece of cake, I want to stay motivated how can I with no support? Lost and alone.

Try setting specific goals for yourself.... "I want to lose 10lbs by X date", "I want to fit into favourite jeans that I used to wear 3 years ago" etc. Find a fitness regime that you find fun and can incorporate into your lifestyle. Perhaps once you're following a fitness routine that piece of cake won't seem so appealing.

Starting out isn't the easiest thing to do but it's not impossible. Start with what would you like to do, get stronger, healthier, flexible whatever the case may be, progression is the key. Find exercises that suit you the most and one's that you find the most benefit. I have found animal exercises to be a great way to get fit because they don't take too long, generate great amounts of natural Growth Hormone which helps you stay young and vibrant. Work your way up to certain exercises and when it gets too easy, move onto another variation or another challenging exercise.

The start is always hard... But you need to focus on your goal.. Cheating is ok but don't lose your focus .. Just be strong..It's a long and hard trip...

I recently heard about this great new app You Are Your Own Gym. If you're looking to save time and money while getting real results, give it a try. I'm training 1-3 hours a week without equipment and it's turning me into the bionic human! Also, in the time that it would take me to drive to and from the gym, I'm done working out. I try to encourage the few people Im working with right now to workout with what excersices they enjoy...some like running ,biking some like circuit training plyo .cardio...or weight training..this will keep you in the game longer (I believe) especialy at first until its a habit. keep a daily journal with your progress and your food intake....when you mess up right it down..I hate when I eat a bunch of crap and I have to look at it in journal. makes me drive harder....Your gonna do great! keep us posted . people love motivation from others success!

Some important things to do before you lose weight-
1.Measure your weight.
2.Plan for your meals.
3.Note down fat free snacks.
4.Always eat slowly.
5.Avoid to add more calories in your food.
6.Drink plenty of water.
7.Exercise is important(only for 15 minutes).

Why. Some people fail to lose weight because they under eat, so adding more calories would help in certain circumstances.
