I'm fine with job, but I can't say that it's something that I particularly enjoy. If I can find a job I like which pays as good while being as close to house, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

I love mine.

I really enjoy mine, every Sunday I can't wait to go to work again. To me the most important thing about a job is its being interesting and improving.
I've currently got this kind of work.

I love job as a freelancer. I control own time to work and I get to personally take care of kids.

Re: Do you hate your job?
I only hate job sometimes. There are many things I love about job, and I have always felt I fit in there better than anywhere else I have ever been. The only downside is I don't get paid enough, and ironically I have noticed that people with past xp at other low paying jobs tend to work there. For example, cops and firefighters tend to also be meatcutters where I live. It must just be the type of job and people that are attractive.
That said, I'm sorry about your friend, but it is just about everywhere that if you are a good person, you are taken advantage of and yelled at for petty nonsense. When in fact, you know what you are doing, have experience, and are working as hard as you can. Where I work, they even get pissy about me taking breaks which by federal law I am supposed to get. However, employers are just like that. They need to take it out on somebody, and they never yell at the people who really need it. There is one person I work with that I absolutely hate to the point I would probably do something horrible to him if I thought I would get away with it. He is absolutely useless and would have been fired a year ago if it were up to me. But there are those worthless, lazy, i-don't-know-how-they-live-with-theirself idiots everywhere, and the rest of us will likely always be letting them ride our coattails while they take the credit. Absolutely ridiculous. So yeah, the days he is there I really hate job.
