Exercises for Kids

Post by dhix »

I'm looking for any information such as videos, ebooks, other related material that can help with child being overweight. Any suggestions on exercises that aid in fat loss and also can be fun for kids would be greatly appreciated.

How about jump ropes? I know a lot of friend's kids play jump ropes & Hula hoop all day long.

Ahh, the old playground jump rope games girls played. Never a boy thing really and despite boxers skipping a lot and proving it can be a masculine thing, I can't see a boy jumping a rope, while two other boys spin it for him and recite a skipping chant .

A good idea, but definitely one that I think would be more a goer with a female child.
