Assuming that is the person doesn't have things like Coeliacs disease, Ulcerative Colitis and Chrons, otherwise Wheat Carbohydrates are very bad, especially to diabetics, as such carbohydrate sources are high Glycemic, so care must be taken with consumption, for such individuals.

Also remembering if the person has something like Gout, caused by too much Protein based Nitrogen to Uric Acid conversion, in which case, grain proteins, lean proteins and any associated dairy proteins combined with the wheat carbohydrates, should be limited in accordance with Doctor reccomendations and / or guidelines.

Wow. lots of good information and encouragement here. I just signed up for the shapefit and fittracker. I have a lot of weight to loose. I've gotten really discouraged with being so limited physically with the weight I put on and it's been hard to move body. But these boards are really encouraging.
I just started walking this week so I can build endurance because the 45 min circuit training I did Wed literally left me wiped out and I felt hungover for a couple days. Took a while to recovery so I started to dilingently and walking with 2 lb weights. Nice to hear some tips for weight loss. Nice to have the tools and the support. Thanks for all your posts. :)

They say it speeds up your metabolism if you eat 5-6 times a day, 3 decent sized meals, with 2-3 snacks in between. Another thing that I do to try to cut some weight off is after work outs I make sure to hit the sauna, so that I can sweat everything out. I don't know exactly how much it helps, but good luck.

About the Meizi Evolution product.
This product selects the natural plants that have been acknowledged by the local people of Yunnan to have the beautifying and slimming effects. It could get safe, healthy and fast weight loss effect.
Yunnan in China. Great, so the stuff is getting rave reviews from people, who use things like powdered Rhino Horn, make steroids and probably make Shark Cartilage supplements and stuff containing speed derivitives like Ma Huang.

Now there's a country I'd trust to make good quality, ethical supplements, because considering it's a country famous for eating Dog and human rights abuses, what's not to be untrustworthy or concerned about?

Personally the best slimming effect slimming pills have, is on your finances.

For this price £48.29, instead of getting 90 dubious Chinese pills, I could get 3 months Gym membership and a bit left over.

What would I chose do you think?

The safest way is the natural way. That's what many were saying but losing weight is very scientific. It's not just eating natural food or supplements and doing exercises. You need to know what kind of foods and exercises fits your body needs and will not cause further damages.

Most food related physical damage stems from either.

A: intolerances / allergies

B: excessive consumption of one or more micronutrients.

Keep a food and exercise journal for one week. Keep track of calories eaten per day and calories burned per day. Don't cheat! Put everything down. Being honest with yourself is a critical step towards weight loss. At the end of the week, you'll have a good idea of your average calories consumed and burned per day. Then, move on to the next one of these weight loss tips and determine what you should be consuming per day.
A healthy, lasting weight loss occurs over time. One to two pounds per week is the recommendation to achieve this. A pound of fat equals roughly 3500 calories. Therefore, if your goal is to lose one pound per week, you must have a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day. If you are aiming for two pounds per week, then this deficit should be 1000 calories per day. If you determined that your calories per day to maintain your current weight are 2000 calories, then reduce your intake to 1750 per day and burn an additional 250 calories. This could be as simple as eating a half a sandwich for lunch instead of a whole sandwich and going for a brisk two mile walk. If you wish to achieve a two pound per week weight loss, don't lower your calories too drastically.

Alternatively, keep the calories at 2,000 and burn more through exercise, rater than just reduce calories.

Sometimes people reduce the calories and it has unseen effects on their bodies, by depriving them of enough emounts of micronutrients and as many micronutrients like Calcium, Magnesium, Vit D, Vit K2, phospphorus, Vit C, Copper etc etc, have a direct or indirect influence on bone health, not enough of some of those could increase bone thinning or degredation and then increase exercise related fracture risk, when the bones become intolerant to the forces applied ot them, from either cardio, weight bearing exercise, or both.

There could be other issues like increase aneamia risk, reduced immune support etc, so reducing calories sometimes is good, but carefulness not to overdo it is the watchword and certainly ignore diet plans with 1,200 calories in them, as that's inviting hidden issues head on.

Eat right! I have been into fitness a long time, I go the gym everyday and I love it! :)
But working out and exercising is only about 25% of the battle, the other 75% is NUTRITION!

Eat a lot of grilled chicken and fish.
Chick has about 24g of protein for about 4 ounces, and only about 2.5g of FAT! The protein to fat ratio is the best for the chicken and fish it just as good.
Add some spices or seasoning on the chicken won't kill you or anything, but don't over do it and you will be fine

If you need more help with nutrition facts or exercising in order to lose weight, contact me on here!

Discussion of a non-personal nature is best kept public, so people can learn from the discussion and benefit :).
