i don't like cottage cheese and can't eat it plain. 2 things i can make with it though are
protein pancakes. i use grinded up oatmeal, low fat cottage cheese, egg whites, cinammon and vanilla.
Also what i just tried today and is good.
i used low fat cottage cheese along with like 1/4 low fat cream cheese and 1 tsp of home made jam and i mixed it together in magic bullet. It's really good!!!
any other suggestions?

I always do topping cottage cheese with a little strawberry jam in any bread before I put it into the oven for mild heating. children love it but I am still wondering if it's good or not. Any idea..? Thank you..

Well due to the jam content, it might be a bit too sugary, depending on how thickly you spread it, but it's not hideous. Better than giving them doughnuts or pizza.

i'm going to try cottage cheese mixed with scrambled eggs tonight for dinner. About 20 grams of protein and i hear the cottage cheese is barely detectable.

I mix 4 oz. container of 2% cottage cheese with 1 can of solid white albacore tuna - looks disgusting, but tastes good!
Also, I use it as a dip for Tostitos with lots of added black pepper to give it a kick. But I guess the chips aren't so healthy.... One option would be to slice some potatoes, or sweet potatoes real thin and bake in oven to make healthy "chips" and use that instead.
