What foods do you eat and what times do you eat? A fuller description might help.

Also, have you considered getting a cheap fold up treadmill or exercise bike, that you could use for 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week?

As Boss Man wrote, get some cardio machine.

I work from home as well, but I do take at least one longer break to do workout. I've also changed diet, signed up for swimming pool.

The major part is the support of your partner. If your partner could take care of children for a little while and let you focus on workout it would be fantastic.

Last thing - even if you don't like healthy food (like salads) you have to make it a significant part of your diet. It takes around 3 weeks to change bad habits. It takes around 10 tries to get use to the new food and actually like it.

The first step is to take responsibility and stop the excuses, I know that sounds harsh, but it's also the truth until you commit nothing will change. They make 2 seated strollers so going for a walk shouldn't be a problem. As Boss Man said there are cheap exercises pieces available that you can use well the babies nap. You also only really need 30 minutes of exercise a day as you get more fit you increase the intensity rather than the duration. Are there any mommy and me classes where you live? Not to mention chasing after a 2 year old is activity. So really look at your diet.

Start with a food journal for a week, once you see in black and white what you are actually consuming you can start to make changes. The simplest way is to cut calories by 10% along with the exercise. Don't go overboard slow and steady is far better. Gradually trade out a high fat or carb food for something healthier.

You can do this.

Well I asked you about eating habits in post, so I'd be interested to know how that happens :).

well eating habits are pretty simple. I eat alot of meat and alot of stuff like: potatos, pastas, chicken. stuff like that.
yesterday for example i ate, 10 chicken nuggets for breakfast with milk, 5 nuggets for lunch with milk, and steak and rice when i got home. I really dont like vegetables to good, never eat them, i will eat a fruit ocassionally. also im not alot in to junk food such as chocolote and cake candy etc.

Firstly the nuggets for Breakfast and lunch have to go.

Change Breakfast for a bowl of cereal and eggs, or eggs on toast, or beans on toast as examples.

For Lunch, examples like a large bowl of soup or a large Sandwich, or chicken and green beans and a yoghurt pot, or small portion of rice and mushroom with a few nuts.

The steak idea works.

As for snacks things like peanuts, low fat cheese, yoghurt, nuts, ham, turkey, chicken, beef, tofu, oat granolas etc. Some of those could be full snacks or combined to make snacks depending on how much of anything you wanted to eat. The list of snacks is not a complete one, as you could use some of your own. I'm only giving some examples.

You will want to make somewhat small changes at a time in regards to your diet. You don't need to make a complete 180 degree change in your refrigerator or cabinets. While although you would see results quicker this way, it may be more challenging for you to stick to the "diet" with such drastic changes. For example, replace the chicken nuggets with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or eggs, even chicken sausage. I encourage you to find some vegetables that you "prefer" over others. You don't have to like them necessarily, but the nutrients from vegetables are too beneficial to pass up. Look into a multi-vitamin if you are not consuming vegetables throughout the day. Healthy fats from fish, macadamia nuts, walnuts, and olive/coconut oils are a healthy way to go. Those are just to name a few. If you want some more ideas for foods just ask. I'd like to help in anyway I can.
