Have proper diet and do regular exercise for 1 hour. Avoid Fast food. This all will help to reduce weight.

I agree with morningwalker. Fast food should be avoided if you want to lose weight. A healthy diet and regular exercise can really help you lose some pounds fast.

Have proper diet and do some exercises daily for one hour, more over I prefer sallysymonds exercises why because it really works. Further, daily I will start the day with a small tip:

Mix 1-2 spoons of honey with 1 spoon of lemon juice into a glass of warm water after waking up. Drinking this mixture every day helps purify the intestinal tract and reduce fat. Also Raw Honey is the best source for health.

Fast weight loss is really difficult if you prefer the natural way. Losing weight needs some time as gradual weight loss is more beneficiary for future also. If you lose weight faster there is more probability that you will also regain it faster.

Hi David… I agree with Jemimah, fast weight loss is unhealthy and it is not at all recommended. When you lose weight in fast, the quicker you will gain all. Stick for proper diet and exercises, I hope it might be helpful to you.
