Can't not take it seriously anymore

Post by motherbruncher »

I am 18 and . I can't deal with not taking this excess body weight seriously anymore. goals are to lose 30-40 lbs. I weigh around 180 lbs, maybe a little less, and I estimate that to have the slim body I want, 40 lbs or even less of fat loss would get me where I'd like to be. I have stretch marks on love-handles, in inner thighs, slight marks on outer thighs, arms, & middle back. They are not very prominent. I have gynecomastia (maybe I have klinefelters? i dunno but body shape is pretty pear-like). If weight loss does not take care of boobs, I'm fine with having reduction surgery. I do not have an overhanging tummy. Also, I'm very paranoid about having sagging skin if I'm ever able to lose this flab. So I guess what I want is to be comforted with information (such as "don't worry, you're young & it's not enough weight loss to give you sagging skin") and advice as to how I should go about losing weight in a manner that will be least likely to leave me looking like a plastic shopping bag. (As you can see, I'm one to "borrow worries"!) I'm definitely not opposed to muscling up a bit, especially around the arms & shoulders to build a more masculine figure. Thanks for your advice in advance!

You got it- pack on some muscle and it will passivly burn the fat! Eat a balanced diet on top of that and the fat should just melt off! At 18 anyways....
