Green tea

Hi,

I would like to lose weight. I have seen some articles about green tea and its benefits, in particular to lose weight. According to you, it is a good solution? It is efficient? It is better to drink green tea or to take green tea pills? Please, could you give me advices?

Green tea is good for health, but diet is not the only factor to lose weight. Try out some exercise and do it regularly. losing weight does not mean cutting down the food. Also don't overeat. Have it but do some physical activity to burn fat.

I'm a bit confused here. answer to you on the other discussion about green tea pills, was that green tea pills in opinion are pretty worthless and to avoid them.

I suggested having green tea as a drink as you also asked about that.

I'm assuming your comment is directed at me :).

As for knowing brands of pills, I do not know of any specific brands.

If you want to take pills I can't prevent this, but I would politely suggest as I have before, to have the tea not the pills.

Mary,

Yes green tea works well because its speeds up your metabolism and burns calories from drinking it! It also had anti oxidants in it too.

I drink Herbal Tea Concentrate, burns 80 calories per serving and gives you sustained energy

Yesterday, a friend has spoken me about java green tea, a kind of tea. Have you ever heard about this? It would help to lose weight.
