Hello, I was wondering what an appropriate calorie intake would be for myself. I am 20, female, exercise 3-4 days a week and I do light yoga on the off days. BMI is 18 and I am 5'10.
For exercise I go to the gym, use the elliptical anywhere from level 7 to 9 on random for 20 minutes, then I do strength training for about 40 minutes with the machines and I try to train all of muscles. goal is to become stronger while maintaining thin frame.
How many calories do you recommend per day?

The sedentary female average is 1,800 a day, so chuck another 200-400 in on workout days and you're good to go
