New to Supplements need Advice

Post by Scopeye »

Hi,
Currently I have improved workout intensity by joining exercies classes instead of doing it by myself so I am guessing maybe I should use some supplements to support the increased workout. I have searched through the internet abit but there is too many information that also seems to contridict with it self. So I will just write what I plan to do and I hope you guys can help me.

I am 1.70m or 5.7 I guess and around 66 kg. I would like to keep weight around 64 and keep a lean built look as I am right now and maybe define muscles abit more. I generally try to eat as healthy (with a square of chocolate after each meal) and fruits every 2 hours. I generally do running, box training, or other endurance building trainings where I try to push self to the limit until I can't catch breath.

Do I need a supplement at all? I prefer something I have to drink before of after workout instead of meal supplements because I like having dinner :) If yes what kind of product do you guys suggest? I do not want to go to fitness center and ask because they only have 1 brand they sponsor.

Thanks in advance

Well assuming your diet is in order then just go for a basic Whey or Soy protein with carbs. You don't need anything with more than 5-6 ingredients as the ones with vast quantities of ingredients are mostly hype and marketing products, that don't allow you to go beyond a level of natural build, that people could achieve 30-40 years ago.

Alternatively, you could use BCAA's stacked with Glutamine.
