Loose Skin Questions

Hey there, new member, and I'm looking for some tips. I'm 16, and 2 years ago I was 5' 1" and 203 pounds, and extremely unhealthy. I kept that weight until last summer between July-Mid September, I got down to 155 (Im also 5'8" now) through constant workouts/cardio and crash dieting. I didn't think of it at all when i started, but i have a ton of loose skin all over body. The worst are forearms and gut, and i also kept the "man boobs". I still jog and casually work out, but i can not get rid of the skin or the "man boobs". Do you have any tips i could try to help with getting rid of it? Thanks

Here are some tips :
-Stay Hydrated 2 liters
-Two necessary ingredients that keep skin plump and elastic are collagen and elastin. Protein-rich foods such as cottage cheese, milk, legumes, tofu, beans, seeds, nuts, and fish all contain collagen and elastin forming components, as well as oils to help maintain healthy skin
-A hot bath with sea salts and minerals can improve skin tone. Skin tightening creams with herbal formulas and ingredients such as aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, yeast extract, soy protein, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin A can help to hydrate and increase collagen and elastin formation in skin.

Nots aren't really that protein rich, but in terms of vit e they are good, as the vit e is in the fat content as is retinol-a, (vit a).
