this ok for pecs..?

Post by steven14791 »

Would you guys say this is ok to build good strong muscle pecs:

3 sets 7 inclined bench press
3 sets 7 dumbell flyers
3 sets 7 dumbell rows

is this enough to target the complete pectoral area?

Rows will work Back, more than Chest.

I'd switch the Bench for Inclined Dumbbell Bench.

Keep Bench Flyes.

Add something else like Cross-overs. That would be a good one to do if you can.

9 sets should be adequate though.

Yes I did. If you can't do those then you can't do them.
