Avoid that. The calories are too low and most of the weight loss could be water anyway. Remember that all diets will make some kind of claims to aid weight loss, but don't mentally replace the word "weight" with the word "fat", as weight could also be muscle, water and bone density and some diets may reduce one or more of the last 3 more than others.

That diet you're suggesting where you eat approximately 2,700 calories in 3 days, doesn't look healthy and I wouldn't endorse it and it might be encouraging minor amounts of metabolic damage.

If you burned muscle whilst eating it, especially if you were exercising, you could gain fat back, as 1lb of added muscle burns an extra 45-50 calories, but losing it can have the opposite effect, where you burn less calories.

I don't think she's actually doing that diet, she's asking about its validity.

@ ChipPaulson

No..I'm not on some kind of hunger strike...lol...!!! I was just wondering how bad this is...because I feel pretty bad about myself with now for letting myself go like that...I wanted to gave myself some kind of boost that will help me regain some wheel power to retard again...you know when you see some result it push you to go further....

But no I have not do it.....

I can see what going on when you stop eating... ex since our seperation stop eating...like its very serious...he look like someone from a concentration camp...its very sad and upsetting...basically cause by me because I left a 24 years relationship (too much abuse) but ...I don't know if his body is shutting down but he pass out all the time and don't remember nothing...like this weeking he wanted to absolutely come to the beach with me so I said fine come..well on our way back he pass out on the road...there no one around his eye were turning in his head, his mouth was open, no breathing at all, was not responsif could not find his pulse...I shook him, poor water in his face, could not wake him ...I called 911...had to do Chest compression and try to open his airway it was not most dramatic that happen to me in a while....so I believe that Its cause by him not eating and starving himself because I left...he said that he want to eat but that he has not eat for so long that his his brain is mix up and won't allowed him to eat...I dont get it but... anyway...no so I won't starve myself ...I and to get somewhere in life and achieve what I want and I will get it in time.... :D

Beside....I just read not that some people did this diet and as soon as they start eating again they gain all the weight back so I guess its not really fat you loosing but just don't feel as heavy on the squale because you dont eat so its really just an assumption :D
