How about fitbit is this good

Post by Frenchmaid1969 »

brother use this and he bought me a thing to put on that calculate steps, calorie burn ect....I am not sure if its good or not I have been to their site...but I find it a bit complicated is this a good way to lose weight....

I posted too the 3 day diet and there is an other one I don't know its about Soup for a week and veggies, fruit and other stuff...

The reason why I am asking its because I have lost a lots of weight last years due to food related allergies and I was really careful of what I eat but I had a 24 years (relationship) break up in august and around December got really depress and stress out and started to eat those food like (sweet, bread and stuff) I cut all that stuff becasue it was causing me to get really stuff up, drain and tired and the gas in stomach was bad...but once I cut all that food maybe 4 month after I was feeling better lost lots of weight and had lot of energy but now since break up I gaing it back I would not say all back but a big chunck of it... I am very depress with myself that I allowed this to happen but now I want to out because seriously its not healthy I am not very tall only 5'3 and weight 170 is not good...Its actually discuss me with myself...so .....I wonder if any of those diet are good to gave me a good stard and I can encourage myself to start this again....

Because I notice that even when I eat within calorie intake like 1 200 to 1300 a day I don't lose weight if I eat bread and sugar and pasta it seem that body can't break it down..and Its very depressing...

So thanks for every one comment or tips to help me figure this out or helping acheave goal ....I think that I should be around 130 lbs for age and height...

Thanks :D

Natha I am sorry to hear about the things you are talking about, but I want to say WELL DONE for finding some courage and heart to talk about them.

I appreciate it must have bene difficult, but I don't pity you, as I find what you wrote in its own way beautiful and I know that it was coming from a beautiful place which is you heart :).

All of these diet you mention are confusing a lot of the time, because they range from the sublime to the ridiculour, to the fairly credible, but everyone has the supposed answers these days in any sort of book or fabled tome of some kind and too many people believe they are some sort of food messiah, waiting to converting you to their brand of eating religion.

The main thing is not to necessarily view what you're trying to do with food as a diet, but a regime change or a meal plan, os you might find maling tweaks work better than trying to use some souped up dubious diet, (no pun intended).

HiBoss Man! thanks....yes it was difficult and is still is since I am still dealing with this its not easy at all after been with someone for 24 years and then end up alone...but I guess this is life sometime thing happen for a reason, when there is no more happyness well there is no point of staying there, right...we all have to find our own happyness in ourself if we don't have that we have nothing!!! Thanks yes I happy I don't want pity....I was just sharing the reason why I think this is happening to body....depress, stress out I guess does lots to your system and you don't even notice it...but again it was fault I am the one who got into the junk food and got like 3 hours a sleep a night....and more tired I got well I eat junk....make sence....now I am the one who go to get rid of this MESS.... so ...

I was looking for a quick to try to boost selfesteem because when you see progress well it help you lots to continue but when it take so long its hard to have the wheel power to do it...and when you do it alone its harder...so...but I guess its not the right choice to do it...in a long run....yes ..a weight lost is not just the fact to lose weight and look better but its to be healthy and it has to be like your say a regime change.....i just find it hard to get the wheel power to do it maybe because I am still mix up with everything happening in life now and once its all sorted out I will be able to achive what I want.....

Thanks for your support! :D
