Re: Weight loss surgery
Hi there,
It all depends on the overall health of the patient and also associated weight illnesses. Some people quickly respond to diet and exercise programs while some others do not. For those that failed to lose weight with diet, exercise or any other natural treatments, there are surgeries for weight loss. Have you heard about lap band surgery? It is a good solution to lose weight. However, It all comes clear if you meet an expert doctor

Re: Weight loss surgery
Sorry but it's a bad solution and that's being truthfully honest.
People failing to lose weight with diet, exercise or supplements, are either
A: Not committing enough to it.
B: Not trying enough things, or getting any sensible free or paid for advice on it, to help them find the right way(s).
C: Not getting enough support from friends and / or family, or needing support from people like workout partners, exercise clubs, or sensible eating groups, but choosing to go it alone.
D: Having issues with the Thyroid or some sort of medications, counteracting weight loss to some extent.
E: Having emotional problems that interfere with consistency.
F: Undereating.
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, however people don't use pills or surgery to get fatter, so why would they need to do those things to get slimmer, that's a false ideology, it means their bodies would have to become incapable of reversing the damage done and considering the body can reverse significant damage to things like the lungs and liver, from enforced and prolonged abstinence of what caused the problem(s), then the body suddenly shutting down on the weight loss potential is illogical.
Weight loss surgery is unneccessary interfering with people, for the financial gain of some medics or other dubious reasons and it's done to pander to peoples weight insecurites, but it fails to address the individuals real needs, it just creates a false need and people say it's not a quick , but it's a get out clause to some extent and it suits some people to offer it, but to me it's borderline medical malpractice, to offer such things to anybody.
I'd be quite happy if such medical options were outlawed, the same as slimming pills, but frankly that is about as likely as a world-wide nuclear missle decomissioning programme.

Have you even tried normal methods? Make a real attempt before resorting to such shenanigans.

Re: Weight loss surgery
Weight loss surgery is ''Not for Everyone'. It may be opted as the last solution to lose weight when one can't go for dieting or exercise due to serious health issues.
Those people going for weight loss surgeries have to remember that, after the surgery strict restrictions are there on food and regular exercise is needed. But I wonder? Those normal people (having no health issues or any problem in carrying out a proper diet) if they can't follow a diet properly, what will they do after the surgery. Because those undergoing surgery have to keep strict restrictions on food, else they will gain fat back and will have a negative impact on their health.
So its always better to follow a proper diet plan, including regular exercise. Everyone can succeed in a diet plan ''if'' they have a Well-determination. Get motivated yourself imagining the benefits of your weight loss life, you will surely be motivated! Here is a small motivation from side. Re: Weight loss surgery
I'm not convinced by that diet system, It says youre allowed to eat stuff like takeaway pizza and pancakes with syrup.
concern is that people may lose weight in a slow steady way, but depnding on what things they are permitted to eat, they may develop cholesterol problems and possibly atheromas as well, as fat reduction should also include arterial fat not just subcutaneous and viscerol and if something doesn't significantly address all 3, tne it seems to me like it's not being complete.
There's also nothing pertaining to healthy fat consumption and nothing on the website pertaining to salt limitations, that I could see and increased salt consumption can contribute to water retention, edema and higher blood pressure.
It's not the worst thing I've ever read about by any means, but I think the weight loss aspects are all good and well and most likely highly achieveable, but I've heard of healthy athletic looking people, having high cholesterol due to genetics, so I am not seeing enough evidence that this diet addresses the welfare of peoples cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
