I’m just curious with people’s sleeping habit. I know 8 hours of sleep is good for the body, brain, beauty etc… so…. On a regular basis how many hours do you sleep? And do you nap?
2 years ago, I was sleeping 4-5 hours every day with no naps and was functioning fine with loads of coffee

LOL… Now, I sleep about 6-7 hours with 1 cup of coffee every morning and I have time to nap for 15-30mins … I know people who sleep about 8-10 hours every day… Not sure how they do it but that’s way too much for me!
