i was wondering on the best drinks apart from water to lose fat?
What are the best teas apart from green tea?? I am getting a little sick of green tea all the time.
Does sparkling mineral water help lose fat, because every time I drink it I seem to get bloating
What other drinks are great for weight loss, and when should you drink it? I drink lemon water in the morning, but should I have it after a meal?
Nothing wrong with lemon water as long as it is not sweetened.

All tea is fine in moderation... so no more that 3 a day I would say, besides, it is not the tea... it's what you put in it!!!

Orange Juice or Grapefruit Juice is great in the morning for breakfast but you really should eat as much of your fruits as possible instead of drinking them, you get more vitamins, minerals and fiber that way!

Milk is good for you as well, favorite is skim... both for minimal fat and flavor!

Sparkling water is carbonated, it is the carbonation that causes the bloating, chances are sparkling wine and pop will cause similar effects to you.
Unless you are moderating your diet all the caffeinated drinks in the world won't do anything to help you lose fat. There are no lotions, potions or legal pills for that matter either. As you already know it's about diet and exercise, calories in versus calories out.
