I'm going to the gym tomorrow to get a membership and goal is to go everday for at least 30 mins up to an hour of cardio on different machines.
I also plan to do strength training for 2-3 times a week...
In terms of eating, I've tried the atkins diet, the south beach diet and weight watchers and find that weight watchers is the best one for me, since i don't have to cut out entire food groups, only i find that i tend to eat too much sugary foods, even if i eat within points...
i've heard of having one "cheat day" or planning to have one dessert or treat a week, and not the rest of the week, have any of you tried this??
I have two weddings comming up mid july and I'm currently a size 18/20 and I'm wondering how much weight or sizes I can loose before then? I know it is something that is going to take a lot of time, as I weight 290 pounds!

And healthy BMI is 165-170 but doctor said that she would be happy if i was even 190!
SO that's 100 pounds!

Any suggestions??
