I have little fat on arms, but a lot of fat on the . weight is 52.5 kg, waist is 32 inches and the lower abdomen is 34 inches and hips are 35 inches. This gives it a protruding shape making it look ugly. I want to have it straight and reduce the overall waistline to 30. I don't want to lose fat on arms as it is already very less. How should I go about it?
I have started going to the gym and work-out for 30 minutes on the treadmill. In diet, there are no diary products. I take one cup of green tea everyday. There is no junk food or drinks in diet.
Please suggest. Its very important for me to get rid of this shape.

Hi Veronica, good to speak with you.
What times do you eat and what foods do you eat at those times?

Hi! I am also curious to here what your diet includes.
Re: lose fat
Hi, you should try setting your treadmill to "interval" and add in some faster speeds to get the heart beat up. What you could also try are fitness dvds that focus on cardio and aerobics.jayaji wrote:I have little fat on arms, but a lot of fat on the . weight is 52.5 kg, waist is 32 inches and the lower abdomen is 34 inches and hips are 35 inches. Re: lose fat
Since spot reducing is impossible the key is losing fat in general. In addition to your cardio workouts I would add twice weekly full body weight training circuits. They don't have to be heavy, but you should work toward increasing the intensity. 20-30 max.

Too bad we can't pick and choose where we want to lose fat first. wive usually loses her fat last after a dieting w/ little to zero sugar. She also utilizes circuit training on a regular basis and see's great results.ultimatehlth wrote:Since spot reducing is impossible the key is losing fat in general. Re: lose fat
I wish there is spot reducing because I noticed that stomach is the last place I see results. Bummer. But after a few months of high intensity aerobics, I started to notice some big difference in overall body shape. I believe it's key to mix up your routines and keep your body guessing which makes it work harder.
Re: lose fat
Spot reduction doesn't exist and I doubt it ever will, your best bet is to stick to what you know to lower your body fat and to lose your fat. Strength training will build muscle mass and prevent muscle loss which will help you lose your fat. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet and no alcohol. Try doing cardio for 45mins 3x a week. And stay motivated and keep working at it you will lose your fat it just takes time and lots if motivation.
