After 6 months of stronglifts, I've been focussing on bodyweight strength training, and following the Start Bodyweight program.
It's taken me from about six -not ideal form- pull ups to first muscle up, and first one leg squat.
I got inspired by watching some barstarz bodyweight videos on youtube, and I have to say I'm hooked. I really enjoy having clear targets, and the sense of accomplishment when suddenly you can do a movement you couldn't before! Getting a muscle up was such a buzz!
I'm working on back lever and front lever now, and damn it's tough!
