Hi! I've been through some pretty intense stuff and as the result of that I've been diagnosed with bad adrenal fatigue. I have been experimenting with clean eating and exercise mainly walking and weight training. I've tinkered in the kitchen and came up with some really great recipes http://www.honeygray.tumblr.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; if you would like to try them or follow me on Instagram @xoxoxhoney
I'm looking for some advice for what I should be doing though. If I should avoid certain things or make sure I have extra of anything. It's been really tough for me to lose weight because of stress level and adrenal fatigue from PTSD.
ANY help would be AMAZING. I hired a trainer for 2200 and learned a lot about lifting weights but I think ratios or something must be off. I have gained a steady 3 lbs every month over the last 8 months even though I'm exercising more than I ever have and eat more whole foods than ever. So frustrating! I MUST be missing SOMETHING
I'm 5'7, 27years, 175 lbs.

Re: Adrenal Fatigue?!?!
Hi Honey good to talk to you.
Firstly, I'd like to tell you how proud of you I am for trying to improve yourself physically and for having a bit of courage, heart and strength to talk about some of your personal issues, as I'm sure it wasn't easy to discuss medical issues and talk about PTSD and I often find a beauty in peoples hard admissions, not tragedy and certainly if we can do anything to help you of course we will
.
If I may ask and please don't feel you have to I would completely understand, but how did you end up with PTSD? Was it work related, the result of a serious accident, are you ex services or was it something else.
As I say, anything we can do to help, we will try with reason to do what we think is our best, so try not to worry too much okay and remember that you ARE worth it and you DO matter and it IS your right, to feel like a beautiful feminine Lady.
Be proud of yourself for being you and keep believing, because people like you are a reason why I come here, to try and change a persons life for the better and as a community we will try to support you every day you want it and every time you feel you need it, for as long as you ever want us to, but again I am so proud of you for discussing such obviously difficult personal circumstances and I admire you for it and whatever you tell us we will do our best not to judge you for it, because we DO care about you as a person and as a human being, but of course you must feel 100% comfortable discussing anything, but I certainly look forward to talking some more about the direction you're going in, so chin up and try not to worry too much okay, as you seem like a lovely person and we are here for you
