I am considering purchasing a desk cycle for new job. I hate just sitting all day at desk and I was wondering what people thought about theirs.
Do you feel more fit? Does it distract from your work? And do you see results from pedaling all day?

Are you referring to one of those little bike pedal contraptions that sit on the floor?
