Need to lose fat FAST

Hi, summer vacation is just arround the corner and I'm signing up at the gym this friday. I need some advice on what workout I should do to burn the fat and then get muscle actually noticeable. Also running on a threadmill causes calves to almost stop, making me unable to run. I can run outside, and do other cardio machines but threadmills are impossible for me to do.
Can anyone recommend me with a good workout? I will be free everyday so time won't be a problem.
I weight 85kg and I'm 1.84m tall. biggest problem is HUGE which I would like to get rid off fast
I would appreciate any help :D

Hi,

That's wonderful that you've joined the gym. I follow a pretty rigorous workout routine myself. I love the elliptical vs. the treadmill, so if you haven't already, I'd give that a try. Cardio is very important but don't neglect weight training as it is CRUCIAL to success.

What about the Artic machine, elliptical, bike, rowing machine? I believe these are little to no impact on your feet.

Have you considered taking a fat burning supplement perhaps?

I would also recommend doing HIIT workouts! They really help promoting fat burning and loosing weight. Best to do it in the morning as your body will be burning the fat throughout the whole day.
