Hi, summer vacation is just arround the corner and I'm signing up at the gym this friday. I need some advice on what workout I should do to burn the fat and then get muscle actually noticeable. Also running on a threadmill causes calves to almost stop, making me unable to run. I can run outside, and do other cardio machines but threadmills are impossible for me to do.
Can anyone recommend me with a good workout? I will be free everyday so time won't be a problem.
I weight 85kg and I'm 1.84m tall. biggest problem is HUGE which I would like to get rid off fast
I would appreciate any help
