12:00 : 2 whole wheat slices of bread, 1 with salami, 1 with peanut butter
14:30 : 1 serving of greekyoghurt with honey , 4 blueberries , couple of cashewnuts

There are different ways healthier-
1.Eat green vegetables
2.Exercise
3.Proper sleep
4.Drink more water
5.Avoid smoking
6.Stop dieting
