Does this plan give me enough nutrients in the correct proportion ? ( Just if this is needed. work involves sitting in front of the computer and no physical activity at all) . Any other suggestions for food order or the nutrients are welcome.

Hi Urc2danger, good to speak to you.
The calories are too low for what you need.
Sedentary men should aim for about 2,000 calories a day and could have more on exercise days, but you're getting around 1,200 a day which is not enough.
I'll amend the plan where appropriate.

10 AM - 1 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt ( 100 calories, 7g carbs, 18g protein )
(I'd add something else in here like some ham, turkey, beef, chicken or pork from a packet, or a couple of boiled eggs)
12.30 PM - 1 baked chicken breast + cup of salad ( 150 calories, 3g fat, 27 g protein )
(You could add something else to the salad to beef it up, like some nuts, peanuts, flax seed perhaps as well, or you could have some microwave baked beans with this as something afterwards, or some low fat cheese for afters, or and oat granola perhaps.)
3 PM - 1 protein bar + 1 apple or oatmeal with berries ( 210 calories, 5g fat, 27g carbs, 20g protein )
6 PM ( pre work out ) - 1 cinnamon toast with half slice bananas or nonfat yogurt with few berries (130 calories, 5g fat, 17g carbs, 10g protein)
(I would add some more protein in here from the sources mentioned earlier)
6.45 - 7.45 - workout
8 PM - 1 baked chicken breast + steamed broccoli ( 150 calories, 3g fat, 27 g protein )
(Definitely add more protein in here. I'd aim for another 150-200 calories with this meal)
10 PM - 1 banana or some other fruit ( For vitamins & fibers )
(You could add a bit of extra protein in here)
You can also add or change some of the snacks you have with some of the options listed here if you want.
Microwave, baked beans, soup or rice dishes, sandwiches, the protein sources mentioned, flax seeds, fruit, including cucumber and tomato, vegetables like pineapple, raw carrot and celery sticks, oat granolas, nuts, peanuts and low fat cheese)

Hello! I hope you reach your goals soon. Just a suggestion- I try to stay away from a lot of carbs/sugar (even from fruit) after 6pm, and this usually helps me lose b/fat quicker than usual. Not saying fruit etc is a bad thing, but it's waht works for me.
