Re: Need help with diet plan for 6 packs
Hi Ssurya, good to talk to you.
That looks fine, although the heavy egg intake within a 2-3 hour period might be a bit overkill. I did something similar to that on a couple of occasions and wasn't even consuming as many eggs as you and I got the squits and that was within 48 hours of increased egg consumption.
However it may possibly have been down to eating eggs with a cholesterol based yolk, not a fatty acid based yolk and this was a number of years ago not recently.
You might benefit from having 1 yolk and 4 whites in both of the first two meals, so you're just cutting the yolk content in both meals. You could atone for the slight reduction in calories in the first meal with either.
A: A slight increase in pepper content.
B: A slight increase in spinach content.
C: a slight increase in both.
D: Adding something else in, like a boiled carrot for example.
In meal two you could compensate for the calories by potentially increasing your protein shake by 25%-50% in quantity.

it sounds like you are eating enough food, which is a great thing since most ppl dieting don't seem to eat enough. Good luck on your ab journey!

Try concentrating on your calorie intake and sodium.. Sodium retains water and it will be hard to see abs
