I am currently 18 years of age, and 5ft 10inches. I have been wanting to put on a bit of body mass, both through eating and going to the gym. Currently, I go to the gym once/twice a week and take protein shakes after doing so, and do football (soccer) training on a Thursday and a match on a Saturday.
I weigh 10.7 stone at the moment which is slightly underweight, by reckoning.
plan to gaining mass, and pecks, is by packing on the calories till I reach a weight of around 11.8 stone then doing running + thermoshots to wear off the stomach fat to achieve a nicer shape. Is this viable?
Currently, I'm fairly skinny but don't really have any abs, and stomach hangs out a bit (but not much fat on the arms/face, wherever, and not all that much on stomach either). Despite that, I am very fit: fast and better stamina than most.
Your advice is really appreciated.

Hi Aidan good to talk to you.
Firstly, ditch the Thermoshots, as products like that are a scam and when you use them in a way that does not isolate the effects, you will never know how they work and in general they don't.
Secondly, are you planning to train at home or do you have access to a gym?
Thirdly, what foods do you eat and what times do you eat them?
