Overall i want to be tone. right now i am pretty flabby and not much muscle. i want to get rid of the fat but get bigger at the same time. should i eat like fruits and vegetables to lose the flabby weight or just go for meats and protein?? any help would be appreciated

well for "breakfast" i normally have some cereal like Lucky Charms or Cocoa Krispies. sugary cereals not healthy ones. I wake up late cause i dont have school so ill eat that around 1ish. then througou the afternoon i will snack on junk food like oreos and stuff. some days i will have a banana. If i dont snack during the day than i will wind up eating a bunch of garabge at like 2 AM..which i do sometimes. then dinner i will have normally either pasta or chicken with some side dishes like rice and broccoli i eat dinner around seven o clock. i dont get much variety throughtout the week could use some help

First off, ditch the sugary Cereals. you need a Bloodsugar spike first thing, as Bloodsugar is low, and the Brain uses Sugars to help it function, and though you need quite a high one, the Sugar in the Cereal could be giving you too high a Glycemic response, and you don't want regular wild fluctuations like that, as it can in the long-term potentially cause Diabetes.

Junk has to go. You know it and so do I.

If you need stuff for the afternoon, eat Fruit, give it about 10-15 minutes to digest, then have some Low Fat Cheese, or something like a Myoplex, and a Prebitoic / Probiotic Yoghurt.

You could chuck in a few Low Salt Nuts, with either examples, but beware of Cashews as they have a Glycemic register, so they could elevate the interaction of some of the Carbs, with Bloodsugar and Insulin response, so don't go for those, or if you choose Nuts, and go for specifically for Cashews, keep Cashew quantity low..

Dinner is fine, but make sure Pasta and Rice portions are low if you eat them frequently or use Brown / wholemeal varieties.

About 3 hours later, have something like a few Egg Whites, and a Yolk, Scrambled on Wheat Toast.

Or have some Low Fat Cheese and a few Nuts.

Go for Cereals that aren't coated with anything. Wheat, Oats, Corn, Barley. Cereals that are what they are, that aren't Frosted, Sugary, covered in Chocolate.

Frankly Cereal that makes your Milk go brown is a gimmick, and probably a crappier kind of Cereal than Wholegrain ones, that don't have pointless toppings.

So just go down the shops and check out the Cereal isle. Go for whole-grain.

Oh and any with Honey and / or Nuts, are okay too.

Well you could try this.

Banana, then about 10-15 minutes Later some Scrambled Egg Whites and a Yolk. I aleady suggested that for later on, so if you do that, go for something else later instead.

Otherwise, you could have some Low Fat Cheese, melted on a piece of Wheatbread, and then perhaps a few Nuts.

So you have some alternatives there.
