Hello everyone. I'm almost 18 yo, 163cm (5'4") and this is currently how body looks after 50 days of bodyweight exercises and some upper body workouts with a single 5kg dumbbell at home. I'd like to gain some upper body mass and I'm not sure if i should be losing weight first. And what is estimated bf%?
note that accessing a gym for me is kinda hard as the nearest one is relatively far
You look great to me. You are already slim, so i recommended you carry on gaining the muscle first. This will make losing any weight in the future easier as you metabolism will be higher.
