so tris are totally uneven. left is ALOT bigger then the right. how would you even this out, heath wise? meaning i want to lift the same amount of weight on each, right now i can, but i don't want to use such a big weight on the right and then low on the left.
I don't understand. You say one is bigger, but you lift the same on both. That means one Tricep must have more Fat and / or Water on it, if both perform the same strength wise.
well i used to be a dancer 2 years ago using left arm to more frequently to lift up body, but didn't use the right as much, which caused left arm bigger then the right. I can lift the same amount on each arm but i want to even it out. how would i do this?
Perhaps if you just work your right side more with some dumbbell triceps exercises for a bit? But even if you don't, if you stick with free weights for a while, the arms will probably even out. It'll just take some time.
perform dumbell work only one arm ata time and whatever wt, sets and reps are done for weak / small arm, only do the same for strong/big arm...also all chest and shoulder work to be done with db's too until it's caught up
