Could be your grip. Do you hold the bar with your palms facing you, or your Knuckles facing you?

Also you could cross the legs, to reduce swing.

Change your grip as well, and see if having the Knuckles facing you changes anything as well.

I'd do the Crossed legs thing though, and if you're not sure whether it works out, then change the grip as well, so you use a Pronated grip, together with Crossed legs, but first set you do again, just cross Legs, and then also change grip, if your problems's not fully corrected.

Definitely cross the legs a bit. It will help. But I think this is common, especially if you struggle with pull-ups a bit. Just keep at it and as you get stronger the whole leg thing won't be an issue anymore.
For the last 7 months, I've been doing 30 pu's at the beginning of each of gym workouts. I regularly also incorporate pu's into workout. It's a great exercise and I've gone from being barely able to do 1 without assistance to now tearing out 3 sets of 10 dead-hangs no problem. I'm now also doing weighted pullups, max reps kipping pu's and L-sit pu's, which are also great. The next step for me is muscle-ups. But they'll require some more practice :)
Pullups are often overlooked, but don't get discouraged - keep at it because they're a super great exercise.
