diet plan to reduce fat and exercises

hello this is nosheen from pakistan i need your help sugest some exercise to increase breast size and tell me good nutritional paln which help me to reduce fat. i've got alot of fat on lower abs tell me exercises

Welcome! There is no one plan that can be recommended to everyone, since everyone's needs are vastly different. Knowing more info on you, as Bossman said, maybe we could recommend a few adjustments that would help.
