Junk Food, candy
Ok...Soooo in the last 8 weeks i lost only 9 lbs...but lost 2 1/2 inches off hips and waste...so what did i do last night??I ate chips and candy!!! UHH Why would i have gave into something so stupid after weeks and weeks with none of that stuff...Anyways just venting and seeing if anyone else has been so stupid!

Yeah, just pick yourself up, learn from it and move on. No point worrying about it. You're not seriously going to put a siginificant amount, back on the waistline after that.
This just requires a positive response from you, regards your dietry intake, and you'll be fine again.
I am a little concerned but not overly, about 9lb's loss in 8 weeks. Unless you're also gaining quite a bit of muscle at the same time, then solid weight loss orientated goals, should yield more losses then that in that timeframe, and even if you're classed as just overweight perhaps, or have a BMI, of around mid 20's for example, you should still be able to get rid of roughly 15-16 lb's in that time frame.
So I'd suggest you're either
A: missing something out of the diet, like another meal, or hanging onto a bit too much of something in the diet, like possibly Salt, but definitely could be Sugar, LDL Cholesterol, Saturated Fats etc etc.
B: Exercise like possibly cardio, is not optimal enough, perhaps too gentle, or not taxing in the right ways.
Just some thoughts. Not trying to be critical. You should be very proud of your losses, so WELL DONE, and keep putting in the effort. You are making it work for you, though I still think possibly, your losses are not of a high enough yield like they could be, that is unless you're trying to add some decent mass as well, in which case they're probably in the right area, considering some muscle gains too, and possible slight Fat gains counteracting losses, and reducing net losses.

I agree...It doesnt seem like much weight loss...I do work out curcuit/pully with weights every other day and walk 50 minutes daily...Maybe i just need to tweek up the diet ...I do how ever see alot of change in fron of the mirror and close fit alot dif...I also think being 34 now tends to slow down things..

I'd be less inclined to say age is a real issue at your age. Metabolism slows around 35+, and frankly, it's not a dramatic slowdown either.
Could be diet or possibly the walking. You might be overdoing it on steady state, and not giving yourself better Fat Burning potential, by say doing something like interval, for 30 minutes a day. I'd favour Cardio style, over duration in this case.
Or potentially your Cardio is too much anyway. You might find if you have a regime, where you alternate weights and Cardio, without actually doing them on the same day, coupled with the reduced duration and change in style, you might yield better results. Particularly with recovery rate.
Then you don't necessarily need to be analysing Diet at all.
I am happy for you about your losses, and I'm really happy about how you feel about them, don't get me wrong, but I do feel with what I've highlighted above, there's potential to improve on an already great start, and get you to the target sooner, so you enjoy the benefits of your end goal for longer.
Good luck, and like I said, you should be proud of yourself Shaunna, so take Heart from this, and keep pushing forwards yeah
