Well i should clarify that, what I mean is that i need to do a routine that gives me energy and isn't too hard that i won't want to ever go to the gym again!
I'm 5'7 and almost 300 lbs

so i have to be carefull i don't hurt knees, and i carry most of weight around upper and lower tummy as well as back, chest and arms...okay its all over i guess hehe, outer thighs have muscle as do calves but the inner thighs need some help
any suggestions?
I have a membership at the gym and i also have a yoga mat and some light free weights (less than 10) at home for when i don't have time to go the gym before class...
