When is the optimal time to drink the mass gain drink?
The guy there suggested I only take 1.5 scoops each time as opposed to 3, because I weigh about 150lbs. He suggested that I drink one in the morning at 8, and one after I work out at about 6. Then drink one at night the next day, which I don't work out, because I work out every two days.
How does that sound?

I've been doing that for months already. The point is that the drink won't make you big ... for sure it will assist, if you say that you have a hrd time gaining wait and you are sure that you have a good workout diet, then you surely nedd to increase carbs/proteins intake after training, and healthy fats/proteins during the day, also never forget veggies ...
i don't really believe in 'hardgainers", you just need to be smarter...basically you'll have a high metabolism so 'lots of exercise" isn't the way to go as you're leaving no time for growth and recovery...3 x 45min sessions a week, with 1 maybe 2 easy cardio sessions and lots of good quality food for you
That's the routine I'm going for right now.
