how many can you do? there;s no point saying do 2 x 10 if you can only get 3...

sadly i can only do 2-3. i just got a chin up bar so yeah lol

start with 6 x 2 and each week increase 1 set until at 1- than go back to 6 sets but 3 reps and go again
