mon train/food

warm ups

bench press x sets of 2 @ 90kgs x 20mins reaching 12 sets

deadlifts x sets of 2 @ 122kgs x 20mins reaching 12 sets

1 - weetbix, milk, sugar
2 - 1/2 banana, 50g turkey
3 - 1/2 banana, 50g turkey
4 - apple, 100g minced meat cooked
5 - chook, veg
6 - steak, veg
train
7 - whey, rice bubbles, milk, sugar
8 - bbq chicken sandwitches x 2
9 - tuna, veg
10 - sausages x 2, veg
11 - fish, veg

I hear you on not being able to afford enough food. It sucks!!

i could if i didn't want to leave the house....her in oz we are in drought so all food prices have gone through the roof, same with petrol, real estate is ridiculous so rent is increasing...its shit really

anyway wed food

warm ups

chin ups x 2 @ 34kgs x 20mins reaching 11 sets...again the chaining / unchaining of the wts cut into time

front squat x 2 @ 68kgs x 20mins reaching 13 sets...moved to a cross shoulder grip on these...i can do a lot more on the clean grip but it hurts arms a little and these were really hard last week but not so hard this week

1 - weetbix, milk, sugar
2 - 1/2 banana, 50g turkey
3 - 1/2 banana, 50g turkey
4 - apple, steak
5 - tuna, veg
6 - chook, veg

train

fri training/food

warm ups

lockouts x 5 @ 110kgs / bench negative rep x 1 x 10secs x 5 cycles

rack pull x 4 @ 115kgs / dead negative rep x 1 x 8secs x 4 cycles
* last set i only got 3 reps and 5secs as grip just shit itself...i really need to do somenthing about it i think

5 - steak chips 9cafe meal, the steak was nothing but grisle...never going there again)

5 - beer, chicken schnitzel, chips, bread role (pub meal for dinner)
6 - beer, fish, meat (greek restaurant for dinner...yes i had 2 dinners last night)
more beer until 7am in the morning

sun food

didn't get up til 4:30pm...

1 - weetbix, milk, sugar
2 - sausages, bread (2), veg

not a great today...oh well, get back on track tomorrow

yeah..basically the same thing everyday, ecspecially week days

um water, about 3 - 4 litres a day....at least 3 easy

I already hear Bossman saying, cut the tuna, mercury is bad and there's so many proteins source so vary ! lol

You weren't reading this journal very well then. Been there done that, and that was it.

I don't badger people on such issues. He needs to feel comfotable with his shizzle, if he is, I won't pester him on certain things.

the protein sources i eat are the only one's i eat...when you think about there is plenty of varitey it's just that i have the whole variety everyday...if i was normal, than i'd have 5 meals a day and then only have foods every 2nd day, not every day
