i'm not familiar with the tracker...have you gained 45pds? since when? it doesn't look like it

No Swanso, I haven' gained any... I just changed weight because of the confusion I had with the kg's and pounds. I'v actually lost some if you should know. I just want to build the muscle now. So..... December when it's summer in SA I'll have something to show off :D
