What would work better for ME!!!!!!
I work out @ least 4-times a week. I have been only going to the classes. I have been told that I need to add strenght training to workouts. When ever I decided to try, I can never figure out what I need to do. I don't want to look huge, just tone. I also walk 4-miles daily. The worst part of body is . It seem like I will never be able to see the results from ab-workouts. What should I do and how often??? 

classes are based on low intensity and long duration type exercise which once adapted to, will not make you fitter, stronger or leaner
yes you do need some strength training...i suggest looking up "your body is a barbell" by alwyn copsgrove and doing that instead
your is basically a prouct of your diet so for that go to diet section and read "read before posting.." which is the 1st thread there
