stealthy diet today consisted of:
Breakfast: Large bowl of cereal, toast and orange juice.
11 O'clock snack: A pear and apple juice.
Lunch: Large chicken baguette, strawberry smoothie and a mars bar.
Afternoon snack: Turkey sandwich and a banana.
Dinner: Large portion of chilli and rice and peas.
Is that enough to put on some kung fu ninja bad weight?

aim for 13 - 16 calories per pound of bodyweight with a break up of about 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% of "healthy" fats. Have protein with every meal and have a meal of protein and healthy fats before bed. If really keen have a protein shake 1/2 way through the night. The amount of calories you need will also be detirmined by your activity level and metabolism. Not that i'm a pro on the subject but for martial arts i would have thought that you would want to be as strong as you can be with as little bodywt as possible so is bulking a real good idea?
