strength training
hello new to post I work out on a machine weilder does anyone out there use a home machine? what kind of exercises do u do and how often and how many reps

well I think mine is older it has the butterfly and the leg extention and the weights are different mine u put them on each side of the machine and the weights are round. 

i wouldn't have you do much on it really..i'd only have you do rows from the low pulley myself and the rest would be bodyweight exercises and free wt exercises of which you should get some
lunges x 10 each leg
seated cable rows x 10 each arm
push ups x 10 or as many as you can
mountain climbers x 20 each leg
standing db shoulder press x 10
prone brace x as long as you can hold
x 2 circuits for starters...no rest btw exercises but 1 - 2mins btw circuits
search youtube for the exercises
lunges x 10 each leg
