help needed for legs
swanso had given good advice about the diet but i couldnt find anything about exercises for thighs.....i have quite a lot of fat accumulated in the thighs and butt......i need to know about specific exercises for them

i do not have a lot of facilities at home n i dun have enough money saved up to join a gym(i am student and d gym in college is horrible)
so i have weights and the option of doing the following cardios. please tell me which ones would be the best
1.jogging
2.cycling (stationary)
3.swimming (i wont be able to do it everyday.its possible to do twice a week)

I understand your gym at college is bad, mine is as well, but it has enough dumb bells, and machines and bars to do the basic and core exercises it's free maybe if you just do it 4 times a week it's better then not doing it at all.
I would also add cardio on your off days, what ever you feel more comfortable, and capable with.

swimming laps for a half hour twice a week would be excellent for you, just make sure you're working hard enough to get the heart rate up.
jogging and cycling isn't bad either but it would be better to do interval work rather than steady paced cardio.
As for your school gym....
You need a bench, 1 barbell and weights for it, perhaps some dumbbells, a chin up and dip bar and hopefully a squat rack. This is all you need, the rest is bells and whistles.

that is problem...
the bench press is broken.....and there is no barbell...
so like i said i have weights at home and stationary cycling and the option to swim...
i do weights almost everyday but i am off cardio as i am fasting for sometime.....
another ques....
should i be doing stationary cycling everyday ???

dumbbell bench press and pushups
weights not good every day leave a day in between for full body routines mon wed and fri full body weights
tues thurs and sat cycle
sunday off completely
or
do upper lower split so monday upper/tuesday lower and wed off then do same thurs/fri/saturday do the cycling wed and sat and sunday off completely
try making cycling interval.
