- what training you'll have for football (schedule, type of session etc) if it's on yet

1 - you probbaly do need an overehaul...what works for someone 300pds probably won't work for someone 200pds...it needs get harder i'd say
2 - what have you just come off training and eating wise?
3 - it'srobably best to purposefully maintain 200pds for the moment...your body is not allowing you to lose anymore as it isn't comfortable at it so you need to let it get comfortablke before it will start to lose again

swanso, training i was doing hard core sprints, HIIT for almost everyday of the week, and weights every other day.
i did this for like 5-6 months losing around 80 pounds now
how long till i should hit it hard again?
again i wish not to bulk but to be not thin, but normal
i have been heavy all life and would like to see the other side of the spectrum.
Again Thank You, swanso and shapefit community
without you i would have failed again.

we definately need to step back a little as we have no where else to go exercise wise, we can't simply ad extra sessions
for now scale back to 3 wts sessions a week (full body if not already) and 2 HIIT sessions a week
also you need to build muscle to actually burn fat so non of this "don't wanna build muscle" shit, ecspecially to keep it off long term
you'll have to post detailed training and eating plans your doing now

Hi there,
It sounds like you're getting a little burned out with your workouts and diet. I think we all go through periods where our motivation seems to fade and we find it easier to make excuses, skip workouts and choose unhealthier food options.
Maybe you should take a week or so off of your workout and diet. I've found that when motivation is down I just need to take some time to re-charge. Usually when I take a little time off from the gym I find that I really miss workouts and I'm ready to hit it hard again when its time to go back. Also, when I don't go to the gym every day I don't feel as good as when I do go to the gym and I start to really miss workouts.
Perhaps it would help to go over your goals again. Look back on where you were before you started working out and eating right and see how far you've come since then. Remember why you started working out, and remember how much hard work, sweat, time and energy you've put forth. If you quit now... all your hard work will be for nothing.
I hope this helps. :)

challenge is to maintain.
I'm happy with lot, and never aspired to be the next Ronnie Coleman anyways, and because I hate farting around devising new workouts, trying to remember them, and having to guess what I can lift on stuff, I just do pretty much the same old thing week in week out. I know what I'm doing, so I can just crack on and get it done.
The challenge for me being, since I got most of results, what am I willing to do to keep them, because if I start getting slack, or half assed about it all, they will start to fade.
For me it's not an issue about losing will to continue, it's the thought about how it can benefit me, and what it might do to improve life when I'm old, that spur me on.
Worst thing would be to get slack, not take it seriously for a long time, then wonder when you're old, how would you feel physically if you'd stayed more dedicated.
Fact is if you try what you think is your best, and take it seriously, then at least when you're 70, barring any serious illness, you can accept your lot a lot easier, and not wonder if maybe you could have prevented a little more stiffness, or prevented a little more pain, being more dedicated to yourself.
So in short, stay on the road to empowerment, not the road to ruin, oh and don't take short cuts across a cornfield, it doesn't work
.
DOH.

That is such a good point bossman... about being 70 and unhealthy and wondering if there was something you could have done differently to make a different outcome.
Outofshape (I really hate calling you that but I don't know what other name to call you so I'll just call you that).... I think the thing to remember here is that you're human just like the rest of us. We all experience hardtimes, lack of motivation, frustration, and let downs when it comes to our workouts, diets, accomplisments, results, and so on. Just take a step back, time a few days off, re-assess your goals and come back ready hit it hard again. Please don't give up. I know its hard sometimes and I've been through what you're going through. Keep your chin up and don't be so hard on yourself. :)
