Saving on Health Products

Post by Bripilot34 »

One of biggest challenges is keeping to budget when buying the supplements I need.

I found this awesome sale today at GNC.com because it's Cyber Monday. 30% off or more with your Gold Card and they are giving Free Shipping! AWESOME!! You should get your products now while they are discounted. I stocked up very well this morning :D

Besides whey powder, fish oil tabs, and a multi-vitamin, what else do you really need besides real food?

cheers

shit i used to not even take any of that stuff and look pretty damn good in the mirror. now all i take is protein and the only problem i have with body is fat -- so get a fat burner? well that shit burns muscle too ..

i think besides the protein, fish oils, and multivitamins, the rest of the stuff stores offer don't live up to the hype.. except flinstones vitamins

Some multi-vits don't live up to hype, they contain less nutrients than others and some don't digest too well.

If you use a site like consumerlabs.com you can get impartial advice on different supplements.

Glutamine is a good one that lives up to hype, and probably other supplemental Oils, other than Fish Oil, like Omega Combos, Krill Oil, CLA.
