By eating smaller meals throughout the day your metabolism keeps running and burning calories at a constant pace.
While I agree that carbohydrates should be cut around 5. But meals that are full of lean proteins are great after that time.
So question is....Will a meal after 8 actually keep your metabolism running faster throughout the night?
I think that it will. It makes good since to go to bed with your metabolism racing instead of slowing down.
I purpose that maybe you should eat a small meal full of lean meats, and not really any carbs, after 8 at least 30 minutes to an hour before bed.
What do you thinK?
