I am currently a college soccer player looking for a workout routine that would be the most beneficial for sport, soccer.
Plyometrics, core training, upper body, lower body, and endurance.

1 Lap (440 yds) in 180 seconds
1 Lap (440 yds) in 120 seconds
1 Lap (440 yds) in 60 seconds
STRETCH
EXERCISE [*break 3 minutes between sets*]
10x20 yds in 3 sec with 17 sec to return
8x40 yds in 6 sec with 34 sec to return
6x60 yds in 10 sec with 50 sec to return
4x80 yds in 14 sec with 66 sec to return
2x100 yds in 18 sec with 82 sec to return
1x50 yds in 5 yd cycles in 180 sec (Suicide Run)
Stairs: Up/Down = 1 Set with minimum of 50 steps in one direction
Do 5 sets with 30 seconds between each set
COOL DOWN
1 Lap (440 yds) in 120 seconds
1 Lap (440 yds) in 180 seconds
